We pride ourselves with our customer service excellence and are so confident in the quality of our product that we will replace your purchase within the first 14 days if there are any defects in the products battery or charger.
If your OK product battery or charger is faulty, you can return within 14 days for an exchange. Just pop product back in the original packaging with the receipt and your address clearly marked. They must be received in 14 days of the original shipment. We should get back to you with your new product within 2 weeks. It’s a good idea to return via recorded delivery as we don’t take any responsibility for anything that goes missing in the post.
We do not cover any faults caused by any defects from attempted alterations or service on the product made by persons outside OK
